Operational monitoring and support tools

Your use or inability to use the Services
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Services

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Engimeets Ledger and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
